Most of the work that I do is being done in a team with other people involved who I sometimes never worked together with. I am often being challenged by my coworkers on my methods and beliefs, but I do not see it as an intrusion. I see it as an opportunity to question my own methods and beliefs, which may lead to improvement

I get to meet new people every day but the team I work with is excellent. I enjoy working with other people, you can share ideas and get advice. Keeps us all on track.

I do meet people often, however, my research is done by me so although we may talk about my work all the lab work and write up I do it myself. So it would be nice to get someone to do some of it for me I guess but I do enjoy working on my own too.

I meet new people quite often but they don’t get to interfere with my work – instead they give me ideas and it is up to me if I want to make changes.
