Once I made a system that charged my phone while I was riding my bicycle. That was very useful when I went on a Europe cycle tour

When I was in school I made robot roadwork cones that could move around independently to close lanes of the motorway if there had been an accident, not as useful as the work I am doing now but pretty cool for a 16 year old.

I took an old valve radio apart and added some extra electronics so I could plug in my MP3 player and play my music through the amp. Valve amps have a really nice sound 👌

I try to make my own motorbikes from scrap materials and parts – some have turned out pretty good actually
