      Hi Shannagh,

I try to keep my work and personal life separate. That’s not easy of course, and work is important, but it isn’t everything.

      Hi Shannagh,

Sometimes when I have a really difficult problem at work I think about it at home, sometimes just by accident. Equally yesterday I was going to plant raspberries in the garden and I kept thinking about them during the day – so it works both ways 🙂

      Best wishes,
      Sophie

I like to separate work and free time, but sometimes ideas come to my mind suddenly, when I am, for example, doing sports. It is not easy to command the brain to stop thinking about work

I try to separate them for sure but in reality this never happens. I always find my self doing work in the evening at home.

Sometimes it is difficult to separate the two because my brain is always thinking of new ideas and trying to solve problems. I think it’s very important to make the most of your free time though and do something completely different!!
